LifeChef Delivery FAQ – Fresh Meals Delivered to Your Door

  • Can I postpone my delivery?

    Yes, you can pause your delivery, skip a week or choose a future delivery date.

  • What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

    Our number 1 priority is customer satisfaction and retention. If you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Experience team at 1-855-932-4048 or via email, hello@lifechef.com and we will handle it.

  • Where do I find tracking info?

    Once your delivery ships, we will email and text you a link with a link to track your package, along with a tracking number.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery? 

    No, we can leave your delivery at your doorstep, or wherever parcels are typically delivered to your home.  No signature is required. 

    Upon receiving your delivery, please transfer your meals into the refrigerator.

    Please note- the package will remain cold until the end of the delivery day, due to the insulated box with ice packs. 

  • Who will deliver my meals?

  • What days of the week do you deliver?

    LifeChef will deliver meals on Tuesdays and Fridays. During holidays, we will ship as soon as possible either before or after the official holiday.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    For weekly meals program with total less than $100, the shipping fee is $18.99. 

    For weekly meals program with total greater than $100, the shipping fee is $9.99.

  • Where do you deliver?

    LifeChef delivers meals to New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, DC, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

    Supplements can be shipped Nationwide.
